Petit Verdot 2019

A dry red wine made from 100% Petit Verdot grapes harvested in the Northern Galilee, produced without added sulfites. The wine underwent controlled fermentation and was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, following natural and organic production methods. The 2019 vintage has won prestigious medals at renowned wine competitions, recognized for its exceptional quality. Deep red in color with aromas of ripe dark fruit, plum, subtle spice, and light smokiness. Full-bodied with soft tannins, smooth texture, and a long, complex finish. Best served with rich meat dishes, hearty pasta, or aged cheeses.
