Fine Port Style Wine

A premium fortified dessert wine, crafted in the style of traditional Port from select red grapes harvested at peak ripeness in Northern Galilee. Fermentation was halted with the addition of fine grape spirit, followed by 20 months of aging in oak barrels. Deep purple in color, with aromas of dried plum, toasted nuts, cocoa, and warm spices. Velvety texture, balanced sweetness, and a long, luxurious finish. Perfect with chocolate desserts, blue cheeses, or enjoyed on its own as a refined after-dinner treat
