This wine is produced from a Syrah grape, from the Galilee vineyard. Planted 600
meters above sea level. The vineyard was nourished with love and care till harvest.
The harvest is hand picked at sunrise. The wine goes through a supervised
fermentation process and is acid and aged 14 months in French oak barrel. The wine
has not been filtered.
