This wine is produced from a Syrah grape, from the Galilee vineyard. Planted 600
meters above sea level. The vineyard was nourished with love and care till harvest.
The harvest is hand-picked at sunrise. The wine goes through a supervised
fermentation process and is acid and aged 14 months in French oak barrel. The wine
has not been filtered.
